Excuse me ?

Sorry I thought you said bull bar on xr6 turbo ?

Oh you did :/

That was my mindset until friday and the kangaroo and the broken radiator and broken intercooler.

Now, I want one I can put on for the long trips interstate.

That's bad luck mate I used to live in the country and dodge kangaroos everyday for 2 years in my skyline only ever hit 1 when I hit it did do like 3k of damage but what I'm saying is I doubt you will hit another.

And as for the bull bar if you hit one hard in a low car with a bullbar it will flick in into the windscreen or bend and smash the car anyway I wouldnt bother.

We had a work four wheel drive with a bull bar yes when it hit kangaroos at say 60-70km was fine over that bends the bull bar in they get stuck in between the bars etc just something to keep in mind mate.

Maybe invest in the electronic sound emitting shoo roo not the sh*t stick on type its around $350 from memory a lot of company's in the country fitted them to every truck and van in the fleet and swore by them said they never hit one since and they had a lot of vehicles on the road.

when I looked I couldnt get a bull bar or even a nudge bar for a xr6 turbo - the Inter cooler caused issues .

doesnt matter anyway - most of my roo hits have been in the side of the car - once even when stopped (dumb @%#$#$% animals)

personally I think they are sexually atracted to the sound of fords Inline six

Yes there is a downside to lowering a fg ute,the pinion angle causes the cvs in the tailshaft to die regularly! tailshafts aint cheap either.

If it wasnt for that issue id probably lower mine.
