I have just recently had a wheel alignment done to my car as the steering wheel was pointing to the left and now its pointing to the right, anyone know why right after a alignment it would do this again?.

I had much higher expectations from them since they seem to be well regarded.

They havent adjusted anything other than front and rear toe, that being said that's all that needed to be adjusted going by the specs but it is very easy to have the steering down to one side if the operator doesnt lock the steering straight correctly prior to final adjustment. Take it back they should fix it. I roadtest all my wheel alignments to ensure centered wheel and straight track prior to handing back to customer.

^^ this! Most places will take it back n fix it if its not right. Also double check your on a really flat road, it's easy to think your going one way or the other when your not

As above they have a little contraption that Goes from the steering wheel to the floor like a pole thing and their susposed to lock it in the straight position before aligning it

I'd say they've adjusted the caster on the front too, since there is a degree difference in before and after.

But yes, they can simply adjust the position of the steering angle if the wheel is locked in place
