The corrugated hoses on the factory unit are great as they are flexible, the replacement EFI hose is stiffer and harder to fit over the ribbed plastic fittings. That said if I had to do it again now I'd be able to do it twice as fast. For someone who hasn't done it before like me, buying the pump already in the swirl pot and just changing the whole unit would be very simple.
