The 3+ is still a single plate clutch if anyone in their right mind thinks any single plate clutch will hold 400kw in all applications eg track, has rocks in his head...

So your saying malwood has rocks in his head?

and yer, nobody here has said its failing with 400... I have 320

Mal definitely doesnt have rocks in his head but he must be rating them for street use? he did say if im going to the track I would need something much much stronger to take the launches ect and that was with 350kw. I didnt acutally mean 400kw I meant the 410kw or watever they are apparently rated too, if someone running 410kw thinks a single plate organic clutch will last they have another thing coming. Dont you run mt's all day everyday? I got no idea what your driving style is like but it wouldnt leave much room for wheel spin when sooting it, something was going to give eventually...

It's a bit misleading to a novice...Looks up website....Oh 400..sweet I only got 330 so should be ok..technically it should not matter on the street as the ETs are street legal... so the clutch should be able to handle it really.

I agree it is misleading, are you chasing more power if so how much more? will you give it a hard time and dump it often, if you slip it bad once then its only a matter of time before it happens again? are you going to the drags? will you be running mt's?

again, malwoods advertising says it will..

as for the last bit, having to leap from a 410rwkw opt3 ($1890) to a 550+rwkw opt6 ($2850) with only 320rwkw just because of et streets is insane.

Maybe they are rated at fly wheel killawasps?

nope

An option 3 with a measly 288 RWKW failed in under 20K and no clutch dumps or big launches - no track work or drags with 245 tyres on the rear. Lining worn off the flywheel side and a heat spot or 2 on the flywheel. I really liked it as a road clutch so now have the 3+. option - Pedal pressure feels about the same. All up......... 4500 on clutch kits in 2 years.

Consumer feedback is therefore "conditional."
