So a 50 rwkw increase compared to my 90 rwkw increase.......hmm maybe a dump pipe nets 40 rwkw, then again maybe not.

Not having a go but 40-50 rwkw can be had with just a tune.

Well look at it this way

U did 224 stock on a mainline - that's fair for bf manual

U did 325hp/240rwkw on a d/d - baseline

End figure of 395hp/ 295rwkw

Gains are gains but did u think your wizz bang mods were going to net more hp than that ?

Whats it feel like now to u ?

These guys don't need to do flapper mods, they have the knowledge and experience to run 17/18 psi and good power without them.

That statement is incorrect, your car does need a flapper mod as it has the stock actuator and intake/exhaust system that does not flow great, has nothing to do with the guy tuning it.

Why are the intake temps higher than the ambient temps?

A part of a safe tune is knowing how close it is to the knock threshold of the engine, unless they get it to ping lightly, you do not know this limit and how close you are to it.

good on you for having a go differently and to be honest we do not see many BA's with stock actuators go over 300

I should explain this a little better. The car was never run up standard. The injectors were installed first so it was pointless. The tuner then run a 10psi tune in it and the coils were screwed. Then we replaced them and ran it again with a basic 10 PSI tune to make sure everything was OK. That first fun run gave a reading of 327rwhp. He then run the 12 PSI tune and it came up to 366 rwhp. He then weaved some magic and it made 385 rwhp, then he added some more boost and some more playing around and got 396rwhp. After looking at how it was holding boost, and the AFR's, I said that will do me. There is room for bad fuel in the tune. If you have a good look at the sheet you will see it is running as high as 10.6 afr's. So it safe, and that was my priority. At no point did it get pushed to knocking, so really who knows what it could of got to. But it was hot today, and as we all know the Monza Cooler is not a real good thing. So I'm as happy as a pig in poo, because I was aimimg at 280rwkw's.

Cheers

The power run was the 6th run, so it was starting to get heat soak. In relation to your other questions, you would have to ask Realdyno. But I have complete faith in these guys, and Pete who tuned it, has been tuning for over 30 years. And his father before him also had a dyno, so I'm guessing experience may play a role.

Cheers
