Come on man, I thought this place was here for information, not to be insulted...

I want to be able to say that I have done everything myself and learn a great deal while I'm at it, but I can only do that with the help from the guys more experienced then me. I'm proud of my achievements so far.

I wasnt directly saying you pal, I was generalizing. At the end of the day and by no stretch of the imagination will a generic tune ever cut it.<br /><br />You can probably get a 'good' generic tune but if im gonna spend all this money on a car I want it to be perfect and custom to suit my car only. <br /><br />'Good enough' just doesn't swing for me<br />

In the return line in the top of the swirl pot there's a ball valve that needs to be removed. Also the back return jet thing on the bottom of the pot need to be modified by in creasing the outlet hole size.

Good post mate, someone should do a thread on this!!! Ralphy I have a spare swirl pot you can have a go at.....you love this $h1t :-)

Just to jump in and have a tekky with u far more experienced guys that hole on the black base is to fill the swirl pot correct ? So if u enlarge it u increase flow into the pot and reduce return line psi ..... No I don't fully think so I think its an exact size to keep a ventury effect to draw fuel into the pot so it may have a negative effect ( from my understanding )

To go further ( had a good Q&A with a respected member on this ) there is a black inner lining that does not have a hole in it and this is where a hole could be made and almost double the fill into the pot and reduce return line psi

But getting it to the correct size hole would be all guess work but couldn't be that hard to play around with .......

Thoughts ?

True, but the second spot your taking about wouldn't have a venturi effect because its the retaining clip for it. So I would think enlarging the jet hole would be more beneficial.

I think that's what I was getting at, because it would not need the venturi ( spelling for co(ks ) effect anywhere near or at all u could add the hole but playing with the size would be the part that could make or break the idea I suppose
