A lot of talk about fuel systems of late and since I have been asked about regs a few times I thought I would post an option for a OEM location reg replacement.

Attachment shows aftermarket vs Stock Bosch.

.....wonder why your pressure backs up. The stock return is tiny, can only help to go bigger!

http://www.034motorsport.com/fuel-injection-solutions-fuel-pressure-regulators-fuel-pressure-regulator-drop-in-35-45-bar-p-19082.html

I've used two 4.0 bar and one 4.5 bar (all blueprinted) and they all have performed well, had a few tanks of e85 go through also (they state e85 compatible).

Have I physically measured gauge pressure difference......unfortunately not, but these are a good option for those with a walbro and/or single 044. Any more/bigger pumps and a FPR1200 size reg / aftermarket lines / rail would be warranted (I have no data to support this though.....).

Yeah drill bit. I'd rather something with a bit more precision than hacking at it though! I like the fact they blueprint them.

If you look closely you'll notice I'm wearing socks too...in my garage. Burn away lol!

Nah no spares wiggy, got some factory ones though.
