Hi, I having a problem starting ba 2004 turbo when warm. When cold I have no problem. Car starts, drives, all ok. Then when I turn it off and try to start it again, it starts then low revs, then it turns off. I need to press the accelerator to hold the revs, then put it in drive. I have replaced the TPS and cleaned the TB, I have new plugs and coils and a new battery!

Any help would be great!!

Thanks

Mark

Starter motor shouldn't be a issue as the car IS starting then idling low.

Perhaps your pump is on the way out. Once the pump is warm and sits in the warm fuel it may fail to flow enough.

Or as toads said. Sounds fuel related to me...

Does your car have any mods? Flash tuned?

Thanks, car has no mods. I will have to check the fuel pump and injectors. Don't think it's the starter as it starts then stalls in 1 to 2 secs. Sometimes it's ok, no problems and other times I have to start it 5 times!
