I just removed the valve and now have no surging. Double check the lines off the module, mine had been changed and the return was to the vent line. Car still ran fine until under a 1/4 fuel. Is the car stock standard boost etc? Why running walbro?

So your breather line is obsolete now ? I'm working my way towards 300kw. I installed a boost gauge the other day on wastegate line to see what my boost is sitting at and apparently its 2.5 which is way under. And the fuel pot for the standard pump ? Believe it's for surging

Sorry I don't know what you mean by fuel pot? Are you using the original fuel module with walbro pump or new larger module with walbro pump? The standard pump has a fuel pot but if u install an aftermarket pump like the walbro for example, u need to put the fuel pot surround on new pump or get an aftermarket surge tank
