stevanford Member 268 Member For: 13y Posted 30/08/14 02:38 AM Author Share Posted 30/08/14 02:38 AM (edited) On tuesday, the car finally went in for an E85 setup. It's now running:Plazmaman fuel railTwin 044s off the surge tankWalbro 400lph in tank pumpTurbosmart FPR 1200We were also going to fit a Nizpro billet input shaft to the car, but when Spiro pulled out the box and opened it up, he advised me to replace the clutches as well as they were severely worn not to mention the input shaft being severely twisted. So we decided to also upgrade those. The car finally went on the dyno yesterday and reeled off an awesome 457rwkw on united E85. Again, Spiro advised me that he held the tune back a bit as the car still has a standard bottom end.The car now feels better than ever. The box shifts nicely without being too firm and feels great for a street car. The power is just something else. It makes power everywhere throughout the rev range and will pull away rapidly in any gear. My only regret is that I didn't jump on E85 earlier.
