By the time the rubber went on and air went in, the total weight save was 17.3kg of unsprung weight...looks like the extra rubber on the rear was a bit heavy, but still a massive weight save! Some people may laugh because it's a road car and race rims are unnecessary, but I don't give a sh*t. I can afford it and I definitely think it was worth every cent. In the seat of your pants, the car feels like it accelerates easier, not more powerful, but definitely feels like there's less weight being lugged around. But the biggest difference noticed is in the braking. Definitely pulls up stronger and harder, and also, will take longer to suffer from brake fade on those mountain days as there's less weight for the brakes to be stopping.Concluding, I can honestly notice a big difference in the braking, and suspension feel with lighter rims, also acceleration, so definitely worth it if you can fork out $4,500!!!!Now for some pics
