And I think we all have our preferences to some degree. Also, I think its similar to, we could have a Ford that was made with as much power as a brand new lambo, but if you had the choice I think a lot of people would pick a lambo (I think to a degree the "badge" or in this case "brand" has some play in peoples opinions). Basically though, I've run all of them, and they were all good, I just personally like using the RP

Needs 1 drop of oil.You really need TAN and TBN for engine oils, viscosity index as well.^^^ geek

Those tests are for used oil mainly, send a sample of fresh stuff and then a sample when you change the oil out. Basically let's you know how much life is left in the oil. I work at supercheap and can get it for as much as your Hi-tech Fast flowing Nulon 10w-40 or penrite equivalents, happy to help people out in perth if you come see me or contact me ****not trying to advertise selling anything or whatever, not intentionally trying to do the wrong thing, moderators please let me know if i can't write that and i'll happy delete this comment**** While Nulon and Penrite are both very high quality oils i'd still pick RP anyday. as for castrol edge, i personally don't believe its quite up to standard. Was my personal opinion for sometime, and that became a stronger opinion when castrol edge was apparently the reason for a mate needing a new engine.so what's your pricing on RP 10w40? Wow, different ute now. Never going back to sh*t oil again. I couldn't get 15w40 at the time, didn't want to go 10w either. I'm happy with the 20 though. He has used it since 120,000kms and it was changed to a full race car at 230,000kms when it was supercharged and it know has 278,000kms. It does the winton and wakefield 300s every year and also super sprints and track days with the BMW car club and it never misses a beat.
