I was filing straight up and taking 3x 20L Jerry's but have since stopped going there.

I got a bad batch of fuel from there which killed my intank pump, blocked an inj., killed my ext. reg. and also had me getting my petrol tank professionally flushed.

I am now running eflex again from girraween.

I think girraween sacrificed a vortex 98 pump whereas blaxland gave up a diesel tank.

Any way I won't be filling up from blaxland ever again.

In the pic. u can see some of the black chit that was introduced.

hate to inform you but there's a strong chance that is not probably from the fuel itself but it's the E85 starting to break all the sh7t lose in the tank and lines etc that has been in there for a long time

Yeh I've ran it before, I just got caught up in the hype of the extra ethanol content.. I think I was running it for around 7-8months before moving to e85.

Minto United is now selling e85.

How much more power did you make over e-flex?

I will probably do a United tune once I fit my Zeitronix Ethanol Content Analyzer.

It makes sense to have a 70 and a 85 tune in case the content changes between fill ups, but I have been running the e-flex for over a year and a half with no issues.

Mick, wouldn't the e-flex have done the same thing?

yes but the higher ethanol content would make it happen quicker, I think it would not have happened over 1 tank full of fuel, it would have been a gradual thing and just happened to show issues after the fill he has complained about

Ideally possibly every 5000 klms at first and replace external fuel filters often at first, the break down of rubbish will eventually slow down and/or come to a stop
