yes et will denote offset.

look up honda (whatever model) offset on google and you should be able to find the offset they require.

only way to fix is hub spacer, but they are illegal (even though plenty run them) but you risk a defect if you do...

ha ha ha they are 20's...

maybe do some reading up on the wheel threads to increase your understanding of whats what, or search the interwebs for explanations on sizes, load ratings, offsets etc..

Somewhere on the inside of the rim it will have some stamped numbers. One of these numbers will be the offset, if you can get all the info you can find and post it there will be more help.

As for the CAPA tune that probably is the cause of the idle issue. You should be able to plug it in and return to stock. Has your car got standard injectors?

Just a note of those Hub spacers how much are they around and does anyone install them?
I was worried that if I put the wheels outside on spacers that I would hit the inside kit when I turn the wheels.
I am also worried that I will need a pretty big spacer to clear that metal thing maybe at least 5 cm is this possible?

yep I started a thread on the wheels section with details of a hub spacer supplier in the us.

you wont have much clearance at the best of times with 20's (2-3mm is normal). as I said before, find out the offset of the car they came off and see what the difference is between that and +35 (mm). looks like they may be 0 offset, as (guessing) 35mm would do...
