With 100k Id look at changing the drive belt at the same time.Worst case scenario it just my be your timing chain tensioner and/or chain guides... It was the belt tensioner. The plastic parts that are supose to slip as the belt tension changes while belt it running around the pulleys. were dry. and made a knock sound that was enough to set off the knock sensor.Easy fix, pull off and lubricate with INOX grease.
