I used submersible fuel line in my old bf when I did it and stainless hoseclamps, the submersible sh*t wasnt cheap, from memory about $30 a foot from repco I think I used 2 80ish mm pieces I think. I think my tuner told me to use 5/16 hose but for the life of my couldnt get it to fit so I think I ended up with 3/8? It was a few years ago so my measurements might be wrong

these arfe supposably GOSS brand (just has too many or something) whole module, would be cheaper the buying that submersible hose lol as you take your pump out and reassemble

Just went outside to start the car up and guess what it turned of and didn't want to start, so I checked for fuel and had no fuel.

I couldn't hear the walbro pump so I went the relays and swapped it for the horn one and it started up. Then I turned the car off and put the original reply in and it started up with it. So now in not sure could it be a sticking relay and when I removed it then it decided to work. Might just buy a new relay

Is it common for a fuel relay to go

Just cause the walbro is like 1600kms old

Na when I first hoped into the car to start it I had the radio off to see if I could hear it and nothing but I tried to crank it and it turned off straight away. That's when I checked and had no fuel so I swapped the relays with the horn one and it started but when I put the original fuel pump relay bak it started up so in not sure if it could be a sticky relay and it worked when I played around with it.

I never put a fuel pressure gauge on.

Might just buy new relay and see how it goes.
