Other times stones and wood etc. Only issues I have is hooking the exhaust flange under the drivers seat on violent judder bars or just dragging it over them in other cases. Also plows uneven paddocks.Haven't got stuck yet but I need to put V-band clamps on the exhaust to be able to tuck it up higher under the body. The drop on this is about 40mm front and 60mm rear. I will raise the rear so its only a 40mm drop as that is better for loads. I never wanted 60mm they levelled it when lowering which was unfortunate for me.Nice height. What combo of springs did you go ? Any shocks? And how much?Cheers

Not because of being too low but because of the shock platform being adjustable as well as the spring platform. Not sure of laws in other states but they were removed to get the cars passed. Same workshop fits Tiens as well and they pass fine, only have spring platform adjustment.

To all the guys with 4sl rears and 3sl front, hows the ground clearance, scraping, bottoming out ect. Not sure to maybe go with 2sl front and 3sl rears instead. I want the rear guard to sit just a bit past the tir and front to be level or higher cos I hate the nose dive look.I got 19s by the way. Thanks! sols Member 58 Member For: 11y 8m 7d Gender: Male Location: sa Posted 25/07/13 10:30 AM Share Posted 25/07/13 10:30 AM How wide are your rears wpnxrt. Sssl will tuck tyre so keep in mind gaurd rolling and ssssl will need pumping if 10" and +38 0r +40 offset. If you want to work out ground clearance just look at hub to guard measurements of the spring combos your considering from previous posts then how much lower that is than what u have now then simply transfer that measurement from the bottom of your car towards the ground. The remainder should give you a fair guess as to your ground clearance

No ground clearance issues generally especially the front bumper! My mudflaps scraped on everything but took them off and all good now. In saying that I sent some sparks out of the back the other day bottoming out at 150km/h so had a look underneath and the flange just before the cat is a bit flattened but nothing else looks to have any marks. Much better clearance than my B series had and it wasn't that low.On 20's so rolling diameter might be a bit bigger than 19's so slightly higher. There's some pics in this thread of mine
wpnxrt Member 11 Member For: 13y 8m 7d Posted 25/07/13 12:29 PM Share Posted 25/07/13 12:29 PM Ive measured my htg in regards to what the ebay shop has listed. According to what they listed the ssssl (stage 4) rear sits 320/325mm htg and the front sssl ultras sit 350/355mm htg. That combo seems ok but still a bit confused cos I thought it would be lower and les practical and most people on here prefer ssl and sssl combo. Ive just got the factory lux pack 19s which il keep for a while.
