This has confused me so much haha I have king springs in my fg xr6t ssl front and sssl rear and I think its a good height I have had them in for a few weeks now and the ride is good still stock shocks but im gonna cut my bump stops and hopefully it will sit slightly lower. It seems very hard to tuck tyre in a fg after reading all these posts haha. Will post some pics of my ride tonight =) quick question is there such thing as SSSSL kings for the rear? I thought the lowest u could go was SSSL?

I have 3sl front and 4sl in the rear. Front sits just flush with the tyre, maybe even tucks a couple of mm. Rear tucks a good 10-20mm of tyre. With the car full loaded it sits just on the top of the rim n would probably sit lower but I would have to take the bump stops off completely cause I already have shortened super pros with 2 or 3 notches cut off

I am assuming that the ssl/sssl combo works fine with most wheel sizes? I am looking at getting some soon but also want to upgrade from 18s to 19s or 20s. Sorry if its been covered in one of the nine pages of this thread :ermm:

Also whats the difference between g6et and xr6t suspension? I will probably do my shocks at same time after reading through some of this thread

With the FGs and the FG MK2s all cars are at a stock height with the exception of the XR6/XR6T/XR8 and the FPV range which are lowered. I'm not sure exactly how much difference, I'd say around the 20mm mark, because they do sit high.

And you do have a surprising amount of room under the FGs, I have 19s and 3SL front and spring that are between 3SL and 4SL on the rear and I have never had issues.
