Congrats on taking a different route.

The talk of "optimum efficiency" followed by the parts you listed is a little confusing to me. That won't be optimum for the car as a package.

Over engineering the hardware for the desired result is the way to go IMO.

What Adam said. If you want efficient, tune it to 250rwkw. Otherwise, watch the while deck of cards come Tumbling down on a hot day!!

I saw 4+mph differences with the stock cooler in different weather. Monza doesn't cool any better....

How long did it take you to remove/refit plenum Impellor? If you want to see how much better it flows we could meet up at RDP and put it on my car and run it on the dyno. Lee said my stock plenum is what's holding me back from more power. Could do back to back runs and get a real comparison. Would have to be before 21/1/13 though.

Cheers.

Adam I'm am referring to the optimum efficiency of the parts that I'm using. My interest at this stage is to try and guage what I can obtain by using the factory hardware. Injectors and pump have been used as factory items are the greatest limitation.

Cheers

Not bad going at $1000 total for go fast bits.

Labour?

Or are we not counting labour?

lol

Seriously.

Jack

No labour mate. All done by myself, except exhaust, and the $150 included labour.

Cheers

Mate there's a couple hours in pulling off and replacing. My advice to you is get hold of a plenum and start grinding. Some of the feedback is that you will also make some torque lower in th rev range. Also have a look at your T/B and sand the rear smooth.

Cheers

So you had a offer to show people the potential of this mod yet you decline to take it up! For the sake of knowing you have improved the power and there would be a difference why not prove everyone? Or are you scared you may have wasted your time!
