There was a comment on another forum that the VL had been parked illegally (probably to let the passengers out) and only just re-entered the roadway..

So apparently the territory driver was trying to shift the blame..

looks like a decent hit alright.

not much damage on the terri compared to that vl!

:stupid:

Fark me what a mess. From a few of the other pics floating around it looks like the terry's windscreen is cracked and airbags deployed so it was obviously a fairly high speed impact. Is quite a graphic demonstration of the variance in structural integrity between old and new vehicles.

The fact that the VL was pushed up the arse of the car in front doesn't bode well for the terry driver and sort of ruins his theory of the VL pulling out in front of him. He would have just hit someone else instead.

Bloody territory drivers are all hoons

I was chatting to Tony Rullo @ CAPA, for about a hour, I was showing him my setup, within that time the sun set, and the place turned into a riot zone. I had, at the time, my missus with me, I called two big mates, and they sat either side of her on the back seat and I got the hell outta there. Was very concerned for her safety. Ive seen chicks get clothes torn off them, bogans not letting them walk through without getting boobs out, admittantly a lot of the girls dont dress appropriately, but still doesnt excuse the disgusting behaviour.

Its awesome in the mornings and lunchtime, but yeah, once 3pm comes, start thinking about getting your car out, and your missus too. A lot of cars hit Braddon after 6pm each night, but ACT Policing usually shut it down if it gets too busy.

So.. I now see the reason for this post.. Summernats FB page people keep posting up that apparently two Sidchrome girls were pulled out of a car and had their tops ripped off..

Dunno how true it is but the staff keep deleting the posts.

front guard has barely been touched on the terri and the vl is a panckake!

and yeah the just pulled out story doesnt really work seeing as there is another car there that is involved.

I can appreciate all 1800+kg of my fg that little bit more after seeing this mess.

Well, that will be the last time I'm going.

Was a good event as a spectator with mates, but utterly stupid when you take your car and/or your missus.

I didn't have a good time at all, I was stressed 100% of the time.

We ended up leaving a day early because everything was just too out of hand, we couldn't complete 1 lap without water being thrown on the girls and people going for grabs.

Will only be attending powercruise in the future, which is just a good fun day of driving without as many idiots in my experience.

There was some extremely tough cars there and the burnouts and events were awesome, but we didn't get to see nearly as much as we wanted because it's just so hard to bring the girls anywhere.

In hindsight, was a bad decision to start with, thought it would turn out alright but it's just as bad as you hear in the stories.
