They have been tested by Lee from RDP as well as others and seem to be the goods also. You wont get cheaper than that unless you find a second hand PW kit etc.

bad inferno Member 130 Member For: 19y 3m 14d Posted 20/12/12 08:20 AM Author Share Posted 20/12/12 08:20 AM I now understand the opinions of some and realise the investment required $1,000 ~ 1500. At this cost I now have to weigh up the best bang-for-buck so current thoughts are to put the intercooler on hold (get a std tune) and spend that money ~1500.00 on springs/shocks which at the moment provides a better investment than intercooler. Thanks for the coments and will look out for a 2nd hand intercooler or probably get a PWR at $1000 and use existing pipes mid next year, whilst I followup suspension options. While not a big power builder, its gotta be cheap extra couple of KW.As a daily driver, the suspension is a better option IMHO. But then I am an old fart with no real idea, unlike lots on here. Cost is irrelevant if the product works. I would say that the high prices of some kits is due to the greediness of Aus companies. Maybe you should ask some of those companies how much it costs to manufacture an intercooler as it may be closer to $300 than you think!
