I know loads of people who lose licences and first thing back spend all night ripping skids and going mental I don't believe this guy is a malicious offender and is remorseful so he does not need time with no licence to cement in the facts he already realises that he cocked up

How has he learned his lesson.do the time and he wont do stupid sh*t on the road....guaranteed.Your making it sound like I had intent to speed, which was not the case. Sometimes we make mistakes, some more than others, but it's how we grow from these mistakes which shows our true character. I participate in group sport, both coaching and playing, have a regular gym regiment and strict diet (hell I've even lost 6kg since the offence), don't start fights when I go out, work extremely hard at my job and pay my taxes. I could understand if I was a repeat offender or known to drive recklessly, or anyone in that case.FYI the fine was $799, which I do not believe is small, especially in regards to my Salary and it is not loss of license, only suspended license. Thanks to those offering advice and support! UBA Donating Members 212 Member For: 12y 11m 7d Gender: Male Posted 18/12/12 03:30 AM Share Posted 18/12/12 03:30 AM (edited) Your making it sound like I had intent to speed .accidentally speeding is more dangerous IMO.Put it this way, if you choose to speed at least you know to concentrate on the road because you know you are speeding, and hopefully look foroncoming traffic, kids, cops or whatever.you don't climb over 30kph by mistake, again, if you do, you don't deserve a car like ours....................capiche?
