If im on the hwy and im going past cars easily I look at the speedo wondering 'sh*t how fast I'm going', but if there were no cars around I'd prob not notice it as easily. Plus I think he was going down hill, these cars are heavy bastards and need a foot on the brake on some small hills to not go over the limit..
