airbox and battery relocation kit installed... Battery relo was ok, had to replace the new OPTIMA for a delcor due to size restrictions.. not too bad though.

Airbox was a pain in the backside. It was just tight everywhere to install. I'm going to change up the plumbing just to make it neater.

Clutch is in thanks to Rob and Darren at Monsta Torque.

For a big twin plate, with new AP CSC, its very light on the pedal... like really light!!

Sofa king amazed at just how light it is and also the take up of it.

Now for 300km this weekend on it, through the suburbs to hopefully get an E85 tune

on it early next week... Hoping for good numbers, we've got a conservative number in mind

so we'll see how it goes.

I kind of hope not mate..

I'll just drive easy for a while and see what happens.

I've done 100km on it this morning through the city... soo much clutching!! really glad its not heavy on the pedal.

Noticed a coolant leak too, damned thing. Will rectify that this arvo. No doubt it was leaking before, I just couldn't see it

because of the stock intake spaghetti.

So in case you missed it, in the 400kw+ area, I'm the proud owner of a 432kw ute... its UNREAL...

Racewars scrutineering successful .. all good.

Decided to get Monsta Torque to have a look over the ute before I head out to Racewars this weekend.

Fueling adjusted, fuel (E85) tested, a few quick runs and a touch of tuning, managed to catch another 5 horses

that were loose in the top paddock...

New figures.... 436kw and around 1165Nm (585.4hp and 830ftlb)

Am I happy??? ...Is Robert Hughes (HEY DAD) sweating in court ..........

It really is too easy, not only extracting power out of a turbo 6, but the awesome work Monsta Torque do to get you cranking 110%...

Rob and Darren really do make this so much easier. A wealth of knowledge between them, some very tough reliable cars out there and no doubt a very broad, very happy customer base australia wide.

So will I be going back to bump the 436kw (585.4hp) to the next even 100hp.... you'll have to wait and see.

soooo... the turbo fell off the ute....

(with some help from spanners)

it's getting Monsta'd up and I should have it back on in about a week. going for a tried and tested combo Rob has recommended

so all being well, I'll eclipse the next even 100hp mark.

the surge tank has been upgraded to twin walbro 460's from the DW300's a while back, so I should be good for fuel delivery where ever this next bit leads to.

Bit of a bugger, the mount tab at the dump pipe section of the Manta 4" dump has obviously suffered through vibration and heat cycles has decided to let go, so I will have to weld that back on, with a bit more support this time. (I fitted the exhaust a little over a year ago now)

Looking into a gauge set for the triple gauge holder I got ages ago as well.

I know I've said it before, but I'll say it again, Rob, Darren and Kate at monsta torque make this whole car enhancing process such a positive experience. Their dedication to what they do, their customer support and their workmanship is second to none. (I also know I can be a pain in the ass as a customer and they're still willing to help)
