I once missed a service on my sisters VL many moons ago. I think it was a Castrol GTX product but not totally sure but whatever it was completely and absolutely gunked the whole engine up in about 25k km from my estimation. I was so surprised. I had to rip it apart and rebuild it. It was that bad. Just glug.If I hear a wiff of bad about any oil I stay away. Just not worth risking glug in an engine, not even in an old engine.
