Hi Guys,

Got a BFII Turbo and for a couple weeks now one headlight would go out, I'd give it a slight bump and it would come back on. They Alternate between sides and today both went out at the same time.

This morning I popped the hood to check the conection and it burnt my hand and the plastic plug is starting to melt.

Has anyone had this problem before and could anyone give me some tips on what I can do to fix it.

Cheers

Install separate relays and wiring and only use the factory wiring to switch the relays

EDIT: and half decent auto sparky should be able to supply the plugs. I know Deerings here in WA have them and most parts stores that sell NARVA products have them on the rack

exact same thing happened to mine the other week, I rewired them, and ran the earth/s straight to battery....sooo much brighter and safer as old wireing is f*cking sh*t!
