that's the only thin I can put it down too

seeng as the block pistons rods crank are all Brand new assembled from ford...

but anything could be possable with my luck

its ment to be a BF one but I had to cut a bit out of my drivers side mount for it to fit and the build date is this year so its got me thinking its FG

Fg f6 bottom end "aparently" has the forged slugs so it might just be the initial "forged" noise

Put a few kms on it .....

I'd first rule out Ford short mtr and your original head and rockers (that didn't have a problem before) and start looking at what you done first. Assembling mtrs is usually not about luck, but for some it is.

You shouldn't be hearing a rattle from 1500 and under, this is a factory engine, do you have a oil pressure guage?
