Darkness1990 New Member 1 Member For: 5y 5m 3d Posted 07/08/19 10:12 AM Share Posted 07/08/19 10:12 AM (edited) Converting 2008 Ford Falcon XR6 BF Mk II to turbo Hi guys, So I'm looking at buying a 2008 Ford falcon XR6 MKII 6 speed with about 450,000km's on the clock its a company car been regularly serviced has new tires needs no work for RWC, Its really cheap like $1000-$1400 Thinking about putting a new motor into it at some point but thought might just put the XR6 turbo and manual box into it from a wrecked XR6 turbo manual donor please don't tell me to just buy a turbo XR6 for this price I can't let it go even with high clock. what are thoughts on buying a car with this many kilometers what are cost and problems I might run into converting it to new motor and box, is it really worth it if want XR6 'Turbo manual" in terms of cost for parts?
