hey guys I havent posted anything in a while because I have been preparing my car to go to the chasis builder all the interior is out and alot of useless sh*t in the tray is gone. I'm going to race in super sedan this year and to do that I need to run 10.99 or lower to qualify and alot more saftey equipment I will be fitting a 4 point roll cage to my ute because I still wanna drive it on the street, there will be no bars out of my back windows and I can go as fast as 10.00 I will also be fitting a harness.

my future mods consist of:

gtx3582

tial external gate

eboost2 to control my launches and ramp boost in down the track

battery relocation to the tray

4 inch airbox

plazmaman fuel rail

turbosmart fpr 1200 fuel reg

20l plastic fuel cell

a1000 fuel pump

teflon lines and a e85 tune

I live 10 mins away from the track which is good. I dont plan to drive it much on the street just enough so things dont start sticking and I will be putting bp 98 tune in it for street duties. I will take 20litres of e85 in a jerry can to the track

Sounds like the next round of mods will take it from 300kw to 420+kw depending on injectors.

Once you factor in a tune from Joe at CMS you can bet it will haul ass and prolly require a lil more pedaling up the strip.

Good luck with it all it is a great thread .

Good stuff, you've got a well set up ute there good to see someone going out and competitively racing!!

Super sedan is a very competitive category will be interesting to see how a turbo car goes as its dominated by v8 drag cars that don't see the street!!

Keep us posted on howyou go also you should make the trip for the winternats ill be crewing on an outlaw team, would be good to see it in action.

Cheers lee

well my car got towed to the chasis builder today to mesure and fit up a 4 point cage im a little upset because I couldnt find enough room to go through the dash safely so im going to have to settle for inside the aircon vents also getting a pair of kirky aluminum race seats and mounts fitted up and a proper tailshaft loop because my old one was bodgy. I still havent decided on what turbo I wanna run. it feels like the list of mods just grows by the day so im not going to mention what im getting to I have it there is nothing worse then a sh*t talker, hopefully some time next week I can have some pictures up.

I just want to thank these workshops and mates for all the support so far

.crescent motorsport

.plazmaman

and my good friend and fellow racer john koubura for towing my car shop to shop and getting it there safely and in style. if anyone needs a reliable tow truck driver private message me for john number sydney people only.
