nope, because it all evaporates once it is up to temp.

The corrosion is from when the car is parked and humidity soaks into/through the wrap

^^^^ AHHHHH don't say that! I'm up in townsville so its like 90%+ humidity all day everyday :(

I jsut ordered some stuff off ebay, says its rated for 1200 C. My dump is mild steel too :/

From my understanding theres also some chemical reaction that happens between something in the wrap material and the metal? I was only recently made aware of this as my fabricator was with me and IMLOCO when we were talkin about it and I thought it was bullsh*t but apparently not

I know why dazzalinga got a titanium exhaust now

So wont bugger up cause he wraped the hole bloody thing

yeah and water acts as a catalyst.

If by titanium exhaust you mean the strands of titanium in the actual wrap itself then yes.... daz has a titanium exhaust.
