After installing a rapid intercooler kit making a cold air induction, changing the cat to a 100 cell item, some 60lb injectors and a tune the car only managed to make 281.8rwkw with a huge amount lag.

With the tuner unhappy I took it back for investigation a few weeks later. The car had dropped to 242rwkw with heaps of lag.

Turned out exhaust was no good and the wastegate was leaking.

2 weeks later went back to finish the job. 4inch dump, cat, twin2.5 xforce, wastegate flapper mod and actuator, fuel pump and tune.. Turned out the flapper arm was bent holding the actuator open (LAG!!!!)...

With all this done car spat out 325rwkw and 800Nm. Needless to say the car is completely different..

Thanks heaps to spiro at autotech for all his help.. Champion bloke..

I changed to a stainless steel item.. Purely be because the exhaust showed so much restriction I decided I would do the whole exhaust including 4inch dump.. I think my cat was on but I wasn't risking having more dramas... Spiro looked after me with the exhaust so I decided to just do it properly this time and stop stuffing about... All good now.. Got the result in the end... Sounds horn too...
