lol yes the car is switched on. I've been trying all the time because I didn't want to ask this silly question on this forum. I've seen some of the funny responses that noobs get.

this was a last resort.

What pin(s) are needing to be earthed mate,I have my T/C hooked up to fog light switch at the moment as the normal one is cactus....PIA and a certain dicky way of pressing is needed to disengage it with foggy switch,more of a headache in the staging lanes when turning car off and on.

the switches play up all the time and more common if not used often, you may just have a faulty switch, sometimes continually pressing it may get the contacts working so the switch works
