Sorry for my ignorance, I've been absent from this site for some time.

Can anyone tell me if the Boost Gauge that was going to go in the Fairmont clock face has been finished. I can't remember who was making this, but I thought it looked quite clean and was hoping to get one.

Thanks

Mal

I too have been waiting for this! I think it was Harasn and IMTRBO that were doing it. I noticed a thread the other day that mentioned a company called GAUGEWORKS (I think...not positive) in Geelong that were apparently doing it. There was a phone number in the post but I forgot to write it down and it would probably take forever to find. If you dig it up, let us know.

I reckon the first one of these to hit the market that looks factory will sell like hot cakes!

Surprised some enterprising auto instrument place hasn't done it yet. Maybe because everything is imported these days and it's just too hard to engineer something like this locally.

I bet the series 2 has one (as well as a lower grille) etc.

Yes the company was called Gaugeworks in Geelong and if you ring directory assistance they can put you through. I've tried but have had no answer yet! The post was lost in the server crash of 2003!

I'm with you Scotty, 2 small ones with BLUE lights please.

You could put any two of the following:

- Boost Gauge

- Oil Pressure Gauge

- Voltmeter Gauge

Even us NA guys could fit them

I found this on the whitepages:

GAUGE WORKS AUSTRALIA

Unit 3/ 6 Shepherd Crt North Geelong 3215

even a clock would be an improvement if it had blue lighting to match the dash but I think the fairmont clock is a different colour. However, anyone know what colour backlighting the GT-P clock has?
