I had some mods done to my everyday work horse f6 fg ute 2010.

It ran 278rkw standard no mods on the dyno. After mods 305rkw @800 nm of torque.

Upgrades:

-New high flow air box and filter from herrods

-Herrod piping kit

-high flow injectors

-flash upgrade and tune.

When I stick the car and then come to a complete stop the engine seems to be running on 3 cylinders , I think it maybe valve springs issues ? Does anybody have any ideas ?

Also what sort of mods will I need to get 350rkw,

Maybe cat upgrade and exhaust will give about 350rkw?

What about a intercooler without chopping your chassis any recommendations are welcomed

Do the valve springs, they will need to be done one day anyway, I would look into a cat/dump or at the very least a cat. Also process west and pwr do a stepped cooler which has no cutting. You will probably have to do an intank fuel pump or surge tank. And your turbo will probably need porting with a bigger actuator so boost can be controlled.

So in other words, if you spend some $$$ and some more $$$$ and a little bit more $$$ you should reach a comfortable 350rwkw all day every day lol.

In all seriousness talk to your tuner and they should be able to diagnose straight away if its valve springs or not. If not then you have a bit of spare coin and I would do the cat and bigger cooler (either of the two bonjas mentioned are great) and then you'll see a pretty comfortable 320-330 I'd imagine. If you do have to do valve springs then probably worth going all out as above
