Surge Tank - Anyone Looked Into This Option?

Also compared to the PW or Plazmaman ones this only has 1 rubber ring around the pump to insulate noise. The PW and PM ones have the rubber around the pump and the bracket is rubber mounted as well.

Stazza_Brendan thanks for pointing this out. I come across this looking for a used PW unit and had second thoughts.

Panda you are correct, after all the money I have spent on the new engine I shouldnt skimp on this.

I bought the Plazmaman one, It comes all assembled ready to go straight in, Hoses all line up perfect. Installed in no time.

Almost dont want to install it because it looks so good lol

Anyhow, just purchased a Plazmaman with bosch pump and wiring kit all ready to go. Hello 400+rwkw :sungum:

If its not shiny then its no good. Other than not being shiny I am sure it could do the job of being a surge tank. But you just wouldn't show your mates as its not shiny (not that you can see it anyway) And if its not shiny it might not go fast. IMO having a noisy pump there is a bad idea in the first place.
