If they run unsettled after high revs then they aren't up to the task. Changing valve springs isn't a small job, might as well put decent ones in.

Should have used the search function- apologies. So basically valve springs, dump and high flow cat, cooler, injectors and a tune should be enough to kill my gearbox?

Plus walbro fuel pump and modify the air intake and put K n N filter in it and yea should be looking at 300+. Then start saving for a rebuilt gearbox and depending on how hard you drive probably a new bottom end by then too

This poor guy would be having nightmares over his bottom end after all these comments lol... he needs more to go wrong than simpley being a BA.. detonation, bad tune etc. it will go fine at 300-350kw on bottom end if kept healthy

Edited. Yea its not guaranteed to snap a rod but the chance is very high and too be honest at 300-350rwkw who is really never going to push their car

Thanks guys, got a PW CAI on the way plus hopefully getting FMIC soon. Injectors are next then valve springs. Looking at purchasing a daily so I can take my time with it. Anywhere to get valve springs done cheap? Anyone wanna help me? Haha
