apparently they told the drivers in there drivers brief before the meet on saturday that all the drag racing employees are gone and that the december drag meets are not going to run. VPW is trying to get there sponsorship money back and theres a bit of a chit fight.. If it re opens it wont be under bob or rodney jane

They need to fix their timing boards. Sh!t for public and competitors. What's the point of going to drags if you can't see the times and mph. It's fn ridiculous it is still not fixed and they charge the same amount.

We run the same timeboard setup here in Mackay. They are very temperamental but its the only system that talks to the timing system on the track.

We have a heap of dramas with ours, mainly due to weather.

Theres almost no one in Australia who will touch the electronics associated with the timing boards. Usually the broken stuff gets sent to the USA to get fixed.
