And insurances etc would cost a fortune.. Add to that constructing and maintaining 1km (give or take) of combined concrete and asphalt road pavements.. Not cheap.. Smart business sense is to sell it.. Gubberment won't build ya one either.. Too expensive.. Not enough returns.. If it was me.. I'd be using the existing drag strip as the main drag of the subdivision.. Put a nice garden down the centre of it.. and save yourself some money in road costs.
