It's just another option....some places will supply the GTX35 with a 0.5 or even a 0.6 (from a 3576) upon request. E.g. ATP Turbo.A GTX3582r has a 0.7 cover and Garrett claims 10% more flow over the stock GT3582r that has a 0.7cover.....so one can only assume a GTX35 with a 0.5 cover would have ~10% more flow over a stock ford BA/BF/ FGF6 turbs.I would go a 0.7 cover, but don't discount the 0.5....ford engineers must have gone down this path for a reason. Keeping in mind I already had 4" intake and battery relo etc... I dont see what all the fuss is about...
