I paid $1600 for MTQ to supply new GTX,blast old housing,disassemble worn turbo,re-fit GTX core/cover,supply universal actuator bracket for me to make custom item and new gaskets/crush washers.

76 is a bolt on....sort of. Being a GTX it has a bigger 4" intake but I think the compressor outlet is the same. It's a 0.6 cover so the actuator would need a tickle to fit. You could put a stock 0.5 cover on.

All GT/X35 have a common exhaust turbine. The 3576 has a smaller compressor exducer...76mm compared to its 82mm bigger brother.

400kw on pump would be a stretch going by the compressor map...I would go a GTX3582r if you're aiming that high. The 76 would be more suited to / comfortable in the 350 - 370 mark.

Either the bloke you spoke to is new to his job or you didn't explain it properly.

It is the point that the wastegate actuator takes the boost reference from.

I've circled them in red..

Spoke to 6boost also, they seems to reckon that the 35/82r is not worth the hassle and that I should spend a little more and go a precision 66 67 with highmount
