someone else will prob fill you in, but I will check my factory coils tomorrow and let you know if they are visteon.. Doesn't sound familiar to me though

Stock ones should be something like, Fi1ta etc etc etc on tops,won't have visteon them. Looks as though they may have been replaced previously.

The coils I think you can buy genuine pretty cheap on ebay someone may be able to elaborate on that, the plugs dont have to be genuine but being standard id go ngk replacements gapped down or genuines gapped down

hi I have a standard xr6t ba, I have genuine plugs to go in it, was told 1.1mm gap as what the plugs are from factory. should I stick with that gap or go lower? if so how low?

If it was me id gap it to .9 but if you buy pregapped stock plugs they will be 1.1 gapped, should be fine, I run standard plugs gapped to 0.8, 415rwkw
