(standard) didnt want anything modded, drove 6 hrs to get it was from tamworth so was a 12 trip in one day no rust,no dints,just 2 small marks seen way to many and wasnt anygood and seen this and it was mine within an hr when I get everything sorted ill post pics in the pics section

hi, I had a similar issue with mine when I got it, it felt like it was surging. Turns out it was the plugs the gap was 1.2mm so put a set of genuine plugs and re-gapped them to .7mm... did a pcm re-calibration for the mags and all good now. I did find the exhaust and inlet manifold bolts a little loose. Hope this helps.

thanks rokkiei will be doing the plugs tomorrow if the weather is clean and while I have some time to my self may aswell give my xr6 some tender loving after the big drive it had to go though in the heat thanks alot guys will lets use know how I go ..... oh what kinda plugs should I get ill be going to supercheap auto ..

Do not buy anything from supercrap, unless they sell the proper .8 gapped wrx ngk plugs. Put a new set of GENUINE ford coils in if that turns out to be the issue

I was about to say super sh*t auto but wasnt game lol so I cahnged it umm so best of going to a ford dealer or what ... I refuse to go to the wollongong so may have to take a little bit of any extra drive and go 50kms to the other one

The coils I think you can buy genuine pretty cheap on ebay someone may be able to elaborate on that, the plugs dont have to be genuine but being standard id go ngk replacements gapped down or genuines gapped down

FINNEY would you know the part number I may just hit up repco .... so that means I wont have to gap them either ? oh cheers about the coils
