The PW cooler is a direct fit. You need to unbolt the radiator so it can be pushed back and move the power steering cooler up (Kevin supplies the brackets for this ) and slide the cooler in (it is tight) and the put the radiator back in its original place. It really is very easy just a bit fiddly. Took us 3 hours start to finish and we took our time.

I will post up pics soon.

cheers guys, any reason you guys are going down this route instead of buying rapids $1000 cooler with pipes?

I'm assuming rapids would be able to make more power if you decide to upgrade to bigger turbo and is 500 odd dollars cheaper.

Cooler cost me $950 cash and I picked it up from process west, I had already previously purchased the Herrod pipe kit so I didn't need the pipes. . I spoke to Con at C&V before buying the cooler and he told me they are the best cooler for that price and for my application. I am pretty sure they will handle up to 400kw, I am not looking to go that high, low to mid 300 is my aim.
