The thermostat pipe also is showing signs of a failed o-ring with spots of burnt coolant. I have ordered a new thermostat but just not sure if I should be ordering a new reservoir or not..Also my reservoir is a replacement item I picked up from ebay recently..Thanks heaps. If it isn't genuine there could be a small one near the cap. Check all hoses to make sure they are on properly and clamped.

Obviously yours has coolant cause its leaking but don't rely on temp guage when driving.

I have a feeling this is the weak point of where mine is leaking from.
