Not for the expertise of others, just for the lol's.To the OP get the car checked on a dyno before you put it on the straight as that will help diagnose most of your issues. An off the shelf tune with no boost control will not be able to prevent the car from Pinging. Your car has a much higher static comp ratio than a turbo motor so it will need the tune adjust to suit.Re the misfire, It could be a dud coil or it could be as simple as a incorrect plug gaps, When is it miss firing? If its only underboost it could be plug gaps or it could be leaning out under boost. If its a consistent miss fire under all conditions you could be looking at a dud coil or dud cylinder. Rattle when on boost did you mean?Ok.
