The improvement in handling and gear shifts under load is excellent, the increased vibration is not.In the transition under load between 700 and 980 rpm the is a substantial increase in NVH, and this also translates to more vibration at idle. Bumping the idle to 1000 stops this but on my car this is quite annoying as my Forgies are singing their merry tune at that rpm point.I need to replace my 70k Km old vibration damper and see if this improves the vibration at idle. Im also considering talking to P@ @ WHS about a set of "softer" bushed for the mounts.Would I buy again? Yes I would.I can't fault the quality its just the side effects in my particular car are greater than I would have liked.

As I mentioned above I also need to replace the balancer, so will do that before I go chasing rainbows with the Bushes

I had been getting a slight metallic "ting" when releasing the clutch and I believed at first the exhaust was contacting the center bearing mount as the clearance was quite small. It turns out the noise was the crush tube contacting the spacer ring inside the bush. I took some happy snaps of the failed mount and emailed them off to Robert @ Technico sunday night, received a response by the time I got out of bed monday morning and sit here now at my desk with a brand new set of poly bushed mounts in my hand. Pretty awesome service especially considering we had Christmas and Boxing day in the mean time! i cannot say enough good things about the service from Robert, it really nice to deal with and aussie company supplying aussie made products and following through on what they say they will do.So if I get a chance I will be fitting the polybushed units this weekend. Robert has advised me that there willl be an increase in vibration until the units fully settle in so once I have put a couple of thousand KM's on the mounts I will report back!
