Black ops M95 1000's lowest dead time avail on the market.

Cheaper than ID's to.

So much win here.

Do a google search and all you come up with is fiveomotorsport 'custom milled' blackops M95.

How's about so much FAIL.

I do remember somewhere in Australia making their own director plates for these that sounded a bit more convincing.

Give me some ford spec calibration data and I might be a little more convinced about their accuracy.

Edit..carnt spel

ID 1000 all the way but also hear the kpm 1000 also good but I would be talking to your tuner

Our KPM550cc / KPM1000cc / KPM2000cc are the exact same Bosch EV14 that the ID / exspurt etc brand sell.

The difference is we by direct from Bosch with no overseas middle man company involved.

We match set them to within +/- 1% accuracy in our own facilities.

We are able to supply cheaper, next day and with a full guarantee and back up service only a phone call away.

We also supply the correct scaling information for the Australian vehicles.

Buy online or ring direct

We've used dekas, ID's so far with in mine and these M95's have been by far the best.

The idle is now better then factory.

So I'm not just saying that they are good Toads we've actually got some cold hard data on them.

Have you used them or played with them as yet? No I'm guessing!

Veva. Points noted.

1) where did you obtain These black ops from?

You do realise that the injectors you are referring too are not born 1000cc? My point is there are a number of companies that get the blackops and modify them.....bit like the good ol Nizpro days.

Therefore the injectors you tested may have performed well...BUT...old mate may type in black ops into google, get a set off eNay and they perform crap, like many do from fiveomotorsport.

Furthermore what data did you get with these injectors. A quick reacting injector is all good but what is the minimum repeatable pulsewidth value...I.e the pulsewidth at which the actual fuel mass delivered deviates more than 5% from desired? What is the breakpoint at 4 bar for these injectors? 90% of tunes I log and extract demonstrate a lack of understanding of injector behaviour.

Getting a nice idle is easy if you have a reasonable idea.....but calibrating correctly is impossible without correct data. These PCM's are not like your aftermarket style and therefore have more calibration scalars to model injector characteristics.

Give me an injector that comes from a controlled source complete with ford spec calibration data anyday.

Edit. Haven't used them mate. There was a Aussie company advertising them that had precision made director plates. These sounded good, but would like OEM spec calibration data.

Got them directly from Bruce at Five O imported them myself.

Mainly due to all the coyote guys in the states raving about these new gen M95's.

They too like the KPM, ID, Xspurt all start life as a bosch 1000 ans seeing that all the mustang guys are jumping on them I thought I'd contact Five and talk to them about how they would suit our application.

The injectors came with the flow matching report and performance charts at 3.5 bar, 4bar and 4.5 bar.

I'll find the breakpoint data and post it.

Anyway I was just trying to say that there are alternatives to ID's, KPM's (bosch) Xpurts and delkas etc...

And for the price I landed them for and the results that we have gotten from them makes for a legitimate alternative.

I good tuner should be able to tune with any suitable injector, yet you find and hear of so many shops just favouring one type because they have gotten used to them and other types add to their tuning time and make them have to do a little more work!

I’m going to order some more of these black ops from FiveO next week for a mate and seriously I encourage some other shops to try them out and see what they think.
