Thought I'd ask if anyone can recommend or works at a good suspension business near Penrith. Need help setting up the suspension on my Ford Escape better as the current wheels and tires (20's) are chewing tires up. Any suggestions?

Would anyone be able to comment on their experience of after sales service from a tuner in NSW?

There are a lot of people tooting CMS, but they have a huge communication problem imo, they don't want to give prices in person and say to email but take over a week to respond to emails?

Might pay to drop in for a visit. If you're in the area. Plenty of people from here could tell you roughly how much things would cost.

Xcal and tune is roughly $1400 first time then $450 for any tunes after that.

You could get parts cheap from jet and fit and get them to tune it.

Plus they're busy as so emails etc probably play second fiddle to other things.

I have dropped in a few times, and have got done stuff with them before, but no tuning or performance related stuff.

That's the sort of info, I'm after, what retuning costs. $450 is about half a full tune from "scratch"

Dunno mate, my thoughts are if they are taking this long to get your money, just imagine how long it would be once they have it.............................

That $450 I believe is a retune from scratch or not I'm not sure. Pretty sure big shops like that however good they are would have base tunes for certain combos ready to go in and be touched up.

A touch up on an existing tune is much cheaper.

Haven't heard of tunehouse in awhile. But a few years ago they were doing good things. Give em a buzz and see if they can help you.

Im a @joe@cms fan that did my car and never had a issue. Go in and speak them See Jason or Joe but remember they are who they are because there the best.

I drove 1.5hrs just so they can do my car and other forum members have driven further.

My car has not missed a beat and has not had any mechanical brake downs.

The workshop is sooooo busy now, it's NSW Ford Turbo's number 1 place to go for many of years and is becoming NSW number place to take your new Mustang.

Would I go anywhere else...........NO.

Drop in mate its the only way.
