I was meant to say that the squeak happend every time I pushed down on the passenger side FLOOR not SEAT - my bad.I drove today with my girlfriend in the car in extremely hot weather and the noise got pretty bad. I definitely dont think its suspension parts. the car is smooth as anything over humps and bumps and the noise is quite random. Its coming from the front end for sure and sounds like something needs lubrication - maybe the strut, ill have to check it out at a local mechanic to put it up and fiddle around the front end. When I drove her home tonight in cool weather the noise was hard to notice. Ive got a feeling its got something to do with the hot weather causing things to expand and making the creak.

It first happened and was there for a few hours then disappeared for 3 months then one day it was back and it hung around for 6 days but it was over the xmas break 2013. Took it to a suspension specialist and it wasn't coning from the suspension but a somrthing in the body on the front passenger side. I traced it back to high pressure washing my wheel arches, both times the day before I had done the wheel arches. And occasionally in real heavy rain it will squeak for a little bit after but very faintly. So I haven't pressure washed since then and it hasn't come back. If I decide on only a couple of things it will be to upgrade the brakes and suspension first.
