I would take photo's of the car with trip computer and all the other signs of damage with wheels obviously the body.2. Get all the photo's of the car when it was dropped off at the yard.3. Ring a lawyer/Solicitor first for advice before you ring Ceva4. Get onto it asap!Hope you get compensated for your loss and keep us posted with what happens.I definately will not be using Ceva in the near or so future. shame Member 104 Member For: 15y 4m 21d Posted 30/10/12 11:26 AM Author Share Posted 30/10/12 11:26 AM thanks guys... I paid $600 including GST from door to door.UpdateWell.... More to this saga. I had it inspected by a mate for RWC today up on the hoist. There is fresh scraping under the body and the cover of the fuel lines is damaged and bent. My mate seems to believe it may have been something they've hit and run over, thus the damage to the bar, undercarriage. Not sure with the rear bar though.I also spoke with a their "National Claims Manager" who basically said it was like that when it got to the Brisbane depot and it was collected by a tilt tray so its next to impossible they damaged it, however they are investigating it. I said of course it was. The dealer I adamant that it was still A1 when it was picked up. I have reported the issue to my insurance company today so they can work out who damaged my ute.
